GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)
Between the company Maison Lazaar Paris, located at 3 rue de la Renaissance, 75008 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 90753178400011, hereinafter referred to as “Maison Lazaar”, and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the website www.maisonlazaarparis.com , hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.
ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions under which Maison Lazaar Paris sells and delivers products to its customers.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale on the website www.maisonlazaarparis.com are perfumes and leather goods.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICE
Product prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Maison Lazaar Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated. ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS
Orders are placed exclusively on the website www.maisonlazaarparis.com . The Customer must complete a registration form and provide all necessary information for delivery. Validation of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT
Payment for products and delivery charges is made by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, or Mastercard). Maison Lazaar Paris reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in the event of a dispute with the Customer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order, or refusal of authorization for payment by credit card.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
The delivery of the products is made to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Maison Lazaar Paris undertakes to deliver the products as quickly as possible and to inform the Customer in the event of a delivery delay. The creation time is between 7 and 15 days for the production of patinated products and to this it is necessary to add the delivery time which can be between 2 and 7 days depending on the geographical area. Delivery costs are indicated on the website www.maisonlazaarparis.com and are the responsibility of the Customer.
ARTICLE 7 – WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the law, the Customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. The Customer must inform Maison Lazaar Paris of their decision to withdraw by email or post and return the products at their own expense and risk. The products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale and accompanied by all possible accessories.
ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Products sold by Maison Lazaar Paris are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. Maison Lazaar Paris cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of products sold on its website.
ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website www.maisonlazaarparis.com and all the elements that compose it are the exclusive property of Maison
